Alpha Peps Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Alpha Peps Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below. These Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure a transparent, compliant, and mutually beneficial relationship.

1. Eligibility

To join the Alpha Peps Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have an active online presence (website, social media, email list, or other relevant platform).
  • Agree to promote our products in a lawful, ethical, and FTC-compliant manner.
  • Not make any claims about human use, consumption, or health benefits of our products.
  • All affiliate program applicants are subject to approval after initial application.

2. Account Registration

Affiliates must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. Alpha Peps reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

3. Commissions

Affiliates earn commission on qualifying net sales made through their unique referral link. Commissions are calculated after discounts, taxes, chargebacks, and shipping fees. Commissions are paid monthly, once a minimum threshold of $50 is met. You must provide valid payout information (PayPal or bank details) to receive commission payments.

Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a flat commission rate based on where a sale falls in a referred customer’s order history:

  • First order: 20% commission on your referred customer’s first purchase.
  • Every order after: 10% commission on every subsequent purchase made by that same customer, for as long as they remain a customer.

This rate applies to every affiliate in good standing under the program — commission is not tiered by monthly sales volume.

Cookie Duration

We use a 60-day cookie window. If a customer completes a purchase within 60 days of clicking your referral link, you will receive credit for the sale. If a customer clicks referral links from more than one affiliate, credit for the sale goes to the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently (last-click attribution).

4. Commission Accuracy & Payment Disputes

Commission is calculated automatically based on qualifying orders tracked through our affiliate platform. If you believe a referred sale was not credited correctly, contact us within 30 days of the order date with the order number or referral link used, and we will investigate. Alpha Peps reserves the right to correct commission calculation errors, including reversing commission on orders that are refunded, canceled, or identified as fraudulent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not:

  • Use misleading or deceptive marketing tactics.
  • Make medical, therapeutic, or health claims.
  • Promote products for human consumption or use.
  • Bid on Alpha Peps brand keywords in paid ads without prior written approval.
  • Use spam, bots, or black-hat techniques to drive traffic.
  • Represent themselves as Alpha Peps or pretend to be our company.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in suspension or termination from the program without notice.

6. Content Guidelines

All marketing content must be fact-based, ethical, and compliant with advertising platform policies (Meta, Google, etc.). Affiliates must include a clear disclosure on any promotional content, per FTC guidelines (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases.”).

7. Brand Use

Affiliates may use approved logos, banners, and creatives provided by Alpha Peps. Use of trademarks or copyrighted materials without permission is prohibited.

8. Termination

Alpha Peps may terminate your participation at any time for breach of these terms, non-compliant promotion, or inactivity. You may also terminate your participation at any time by providing written notice.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Peps is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or interruptions in affiliate tracking or commission payouts due to technical issues, third-party services, or platform outages.
